THE New South Wales Government is planning a crackdown on cyber-bullying, prompted by research showing that up to one in seven children is being bullied, harassed or abused online in a new trend called "flaming". Bullying has extended far beyond the playground and is invading the home through the family computer, with fears that it may be almost impossible to regulate.
